Casa Ganesha Hotel Ubud

Comfortable and cozy. Walkability. Breakfast options are good and quality is decent. Staff is friendly and really tried their best. They could use some bleach on their linens and towels but sheets always felt clean. They had a lot of things on our check-list: AC, in room safe, motor scooter rental, on site restaurant, clean pool. We were comfortable enough we extended our stay with them from a few days to two weeks.

Tiny pool restaurant is pretty bad very cheap saw the lady pour my wife's wine then pour some back into bottle in end was about a ounce of wine in cup only thing I like was okay location

Good hotel on special price. Just not central in town and some small minor inconviences with the room but besides that staff were very good and value for money on a special rate.

I really liked it here. I travelled by myself so I had noone to impress with a flamboyant room. The bed sheets were stained but they were clean. The shower was average and went hot & cold... BUT it's a solid hotel for a great price. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. They helped me instantly if I needed anything. Indonesian option for breakfast was the best. The pool was so quiet it was like my own private pool. There is a taxi rank right outside and an ATM and small supermarkets right opposite. Felt extremely safe staying here and paid approximately 8 times less than my friends did who stayed just round the corner.

Casa Ganesha is a great spot for those looking to spend a few days in Ubud. There's an abundance of restaurants, convenience stores, and ATMs within less than 5 minutes. As well, it's only a 15 min. walk from the famed Monkey Forest. There's tons of taxis around to get you there faster if you're opposed to walking. The staff are extremely friendly and we definitely appreciated being greeted with cold towels and a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were eager to please and everyone was friendly during our stay. The breakfast is made to order and includes 4 different main options that all come with fresh fruit, fruit juice, and coffee or tea. We were definitely pleased with the size of the room and enjoyed the spacious storage area for our bags. If you're wishing to be right in the hub of Ubud, then you'll need to either walk about half hour or take a quick taxi ride. Otherwise, we suggest staying at this place as it is cheaper than what you'll find right in the core and likely nicer.
