Good location. Quiet and clean.

Great pool, nice staff and good location

Small bit dated

Amazing location right behind seminyak village, beautiful pool with just the right balance of sun and shade. Clean and well maintained rooms with lovely outlooks to the pool. Privacy was outstanding which was important to us - very little outside noise.

Shower pressure was not that great - several mornings we only got a trickle of water coming through. Breakfast was not great, no matter what we ordered we couldn’t seem to get a breakfast to write home about. Very ordinary.

Villa was spacious with a nice pool and bathroom. Highlight is definitely the climate controlled bedroom with almost blackout curtains and a very comfy bed. It was the most comfortable sleeping experience we had in ~3 week trip

The surrounding area and beach were a bit of a disappointment. Obviously not the hotel's fault, though!

The location is incredible as you are close to everything but still in your own private oasis. The staff are wonderful also, special shoutout to Eka, Nata & Lisa who are always there to help you with anything you need & are a delight to deal with.

The bedroom and bathroom is separated from the living area by the pool and a grassed area. It is fabulous. The pool is big enough do laps and has complete privacy (if you fancy a skinny dip). All of the staff are wonderful. There is no restaurant but breakfast is delivered to your villa and is very well prepared. The room service menu is also very good. There are heaps of restaurants with a 10 min walk. We really enjoyed the Indian Butter Hall (100m), Estia (Greek) 150m and Cafe Bali (300m). Seminyak square is a 5 min walk.
