Awesome water slide for the kids, hours of entertainment. Delish breakfast and staff were really lovely.

The aircon wasn’t cold in our first room so we moved to another room and had the same issue. Didn’t get much sleep unfortunately.

Good location to mushroom bay, staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite spacious and fairly clean, aircon is nice and cold, beautiful gardens.

Comparatively in my opinion there is no way that this is a 3 star resort, I would say 2 stars at best. When we first arrived through the back street entrance we were quite disappointed by the looks of the place- very run down. The pool toilets are not usable and the pool itself has broken tiles and is overly chlorinated with a strange smell and I’m suspicious it gave me an ear infection. The restaurant smells like sewerage, I think there might be a septic system nearby so that bought down the tone further and put us off eating there. When you step out onto the beach from the restaurant you see the beauty of mushroom bay which is a stunning low key spot, great for families. I feel terrible writing a negative review but I feel that we were mislead particularly by the 3 star rating as it put a bit of a dampener on our time in Lembongan.

De ligging is perfect, je kan zo van de boot af het hotel in wandelen (mits je in Mushroom bay van boord gaat). Het hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis om Nusa Lembongan en Nusa Ceningan te verkennen.

Luidruchtige koelkast op de kamer, maar die kan je in de avond uit het stopcontact trekken. Ontbijt is wat karig, je kan 1 ontbijtmaaltijd en 1 drankje kiezen, mocht je meer willen eten of drinken dan moet je bijbetalen. Zakjes koffie en thee op de kamer werden na gebruik niet aangevuld.

Отель чистый, имеется все необходимое. Персонал отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Расположение отеля на первой линии , пляж безопасный , кафе рестораны все рядом, мне все понравилось.

The property was right on the beach of Mushroom bay which was beautiful, the rooms were well kept and there is 2 pools on the property with lots of seating around! The staff were so friendly and they do a good happy hour with lovely cocktails!

The public/restaurant toilet was not in good condition e.g. out dated and run down

The beds are very comfy! Needed the mosquito net over the bed as there was alot of mozzies! Great location at mushroom beach. Great pizzas and fish tacos were awesome but way too many onions (even when we asked for no onions)

A bit dirty. No soap in bathroom (had to request it). Staff unfortunately not that great with customer service. We felt like there was no one leading the team. They are all very young.
