Easily the best hotel ive stayed in. The STAFF are the greatest, starting with aldi, parlan until all the housekeeping, the smile is always on there faces and they make you feel welcomed. All the managers are very friendly, either the resturant managers or the reception managers. Great team, Great Staff and a great hotel. ~besho

It was a good surprise and as travel around there will many more surprises too. Ambience good .Good attempt to be Indonesian but was worth.Room near the lift or alright. It took time understand. Rooms were spacious and clean . Housekeeping good . The restaurant breakfast was monotonous - menu never changed -lontong / nasi goreng/mee…/fruits and desserts not worthy
