The service staffs were amazing. The location was conveniently close to the airport but a little out of the way from other places. The hotel amenities were also wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would definitely go back!

Excellent staff very accommodating myself as I was a very late check in, kept the staff and myself in communication till they picked me up with their shuttle service. I have only spend 13 hours here but this is my impression of this hotel

Well maintained place with helpful staff. Breakfast was above par. Less Information about Airport pick-up service. All in all, our stay was awesome, we will definitely stay again while visiting jakarta. Thanks!.

Great hotel which offers a shuttle from the airport. We only stayed overnight between flights, but it was a really nice place to relax. Breakfast had a good selection of food, rooms were comfortable and the gym and pool were great. And staff were very friendly and helpful.
