L’amabilité, le sourire, la gentillesse des réceptionnistes. La situation géographique de l’établissement a 3min a pied des plages et du port avec ses commerces. La climatisation de la chambre.

Rien de spécial, les couloirs et parties communes (escaliers) peut etre a aspirer.

"c'est cher payé pour le service client...."

le parking. pratique pour laisser la voiture et circuler à pied.

- pas d'accueil à la réception - un personnel de salle petit déjeuner pas agréable (apprenez à sourire...) - des bestioles rampantes dans la salle de douche....et une grosse fourmi dans la chambre. - alarme incendie déclenchée à 1h du matin. Aucun personnel de l'hôtel n'était présent. ce sont les clients qui ont appelé les pompiers 🚒. la gérante est arrivée 10 minutes après. les clients avaient déjà tous evacué l'hôtel. Bref. l'attitude de la gérante était bizarre. on nous a reproché d'avoir appelé les pompiers... c'est quand même incroyable. pour toute excuse, un mot placardé dans l'ascenseur.... je pense qu'un geste commercial aurait été le minimum. Quand on paye plus de 160€ la nuit et qu'on a droit à des bebetes dans la douche, la grimace au petit déjeuner, et qu'on n'est pas sûre que l'alarme incendie fonctionne vraiment bien....bref. Ça ne mérite pas.
