Áncora Salou La Siesta Apartments

Está reformado y en el apartamento teníamos 2 baños, uno por habitación. La cocina era suficiente para desayunar y cenar . El aire acondicionado y wifi funcionaban perfectamente . La piscina pequeña pero muy refrescante Cerca de la playa y el centro El personal muy agradable La devolución de la fianza todo en orden

Nice view over pools from our apartment , big balcony , very clean & everything seemed new , it was noisy till 12 midnight but once inside with door closed no noise at all .we hired a double mobility scooter could do with more space to park it , staff were ok but I must mention Melanie who went all out to help in anyway possible she always greeted us with a smile , she is an asset to these apartments , we had our breakfast each day at La Siesta which was a surprise an oasis with numerous pools ,which we could use , if we could have the same room we would definitely come back , oh & the weather was great , thank you to all at Ancora

Disappointing stay. Air conditioning wasn’t working on arrival, it took a few days to fix. Myself and my 5 month old son got stuck in the lift for 40 minutes and there was no apology given. I tried to speak to the manager about it but she was never there. At the weekend lots of young crowds checked in for the night and stayed up all night partying. The noise from the hotel entertainment across the road goes on till 11 every night so there’s no chance of sleeping before that. Not a good situation when traveling with young kids. We won’t be back!

What a lovely apartment.l for our first time at salou. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious well equip and perfect for us. The hotel is right in the middle of everything 5 minutes to the beach the restaurants and the supermarkets. The pool was a lovely size and even better you get full use of the massive camping resort with there many pools. Will defiantly be back thank you for an amazing stay!

The location is fantastic, it's only 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops. The hotel was very well maintained, clean and not noisy. The apartment was clean, the only issue is if you book a one bedroom apartment you only get a double bed. We asked at the reception if we could have a twin room and was told that they don't have twin beds so unable to help. The sofa in the room does turn into a bed but it wasn't comfortable or too clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and very neat. The WiFi was fast and great. The TV was modern. The aircon was great and easy to use. The swimming pools were ok but are on the small size without any bar meal available for snacks whilst swimming.

Emplacement super, à 10/15 minutes à pied des plages et des lieux à visiter et 5/10 minutes en voiture de port aventura. En bord d’une route très passante mais quand les fenêtres sont fermées on n’entend rien du tout. L’appartement était parfaitement bien équipé, les deux salles de bain étaient un gros + ! Tout était très très propre c’est vraiment appréciable. On a réussi à trouver des places gratuites autour de l’hôtel assez facilement lors de notre séjour donc pas eu besoin de payer le parking de l’hôtel.

Dommage que les serviettes et les draps soient en supplément, et le lit de la chambre « parentale » était un peu raide mais rien de grave.

Everything was perfect location great central to everything. Staff are lovely and very helpful. A simple message to ask for bedding to placed in room and it was sorted for arrival deposit for room was placed back on my card same day as check out
