Está todo muy nuevo y limpio. El personal muy agradable. Habitación muy grande. El equipamiento de cocina en perfecto estado.

"Cobros abusivos y pésima experiencia."

Lo único positivo a destacar fue el trato de la recepcionista por la mañana. Fue muy amable, se disculpó en nombre del alojamiento a pesar de no tener culpa y además fue comprensiva al verme con el bebé. Se agradece mucho encontrar a personas así.

La experiencia en este apartamento ha sido bastante decepcionante. Al llegar, nos hicieron pagar 21€ adicionales por las toallas y las sábanas, algo que considero básico y que debería estar incluido, especialmente cuando ya estás pagando 140€ por la estancia. Da la sensación de que todo es un extra. El apartamento además estaba muy incompleto: no había gel, ni productos básicos, absolutamente nada. Son detalles que marcan mucho la diferencia y que en este caso brillaban por su ausencia. Por otro lado, la recepción la realiza un segurata y el proceso fue muy lento. Yendo con un bebé, esto se hace aún más incómodo y poco práctico. De hecho, el alojamiento no está nada adaptado para familias: no ofrecen cunas ni facilidades para viajar con niños, lo que hace difícil tener una estancia tranquila. En general, la sensación es que intentan cobrar por todo, y si quieres un apartamento mínimamente completo, tienes que pagar más todavía. Me parece una política abusiva y poco razonable. No lo recomendaría, especialmente si viajas con niños o buscas comodidad.

"Great apartment in a solid location"

Apartment was spacious, modern, and very well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment and had tons of space. Also in a fantastic location being close to Port aventura, the beach, and restaurants. Great view from the balcony, very friendly staff, and overall a very enjoyable stay.

The charge for renting towels and bed sheets, quite odd when they clearly have plenty.
