Approach to hotel is very difficult due to heavy traffic

We are bit disappointed with the food from restaurant and breakfast as well.Syed from customer service was very helpful.All the staff are friendly and welcoming .i had high hopes after been to deoghar same brand hotel because that hotel was outstanding in everything.This hotel looks like for business are work travelers

The location is good

The staff was rude in behaviour. I checked in and got a call that I must have my breakfast now as it was time for closing the restaurant. I asked them if this is complimentary they said yes! Next day they didn’t allow me to have breakfast as I already had taken one meal which was included in my stay and when I told them that I got a call from reception that it was complimentary yesterday they said mam it was a mistake and u l have to pay! I was so upset cz in front of so many people u were asking constantly for payment of breakfast which was complimentary for me ! I didn’t understand and left afterwards.
