-Staff was very nice and kind -Location was good enough to move around -Room was big and spacious

-The pictures provided on Booking of the room is not accurate, it looks better on booking. -Breakfast was poor so we did not eat there -Room was a bit dirty -The AC was very loud

Their room service tasted really nice. The rooms were really cute and comfortable and we're cleaned really well. The staff were also very nice and very helpful.

They were doing some renovation so there was alot of noise close to my room. It made sleeping in impossible. The breakfast buffet did not have alot of variety for a foreigner. They majorly had Indian food

I stayed here for several days while visiting Mumbai. everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and room service were very professional and always available to assist. They all made my stay very comfortable. The location was also good as it was close to everything. There is also a general store across the street which is convenient if you need anything.
