"Affordable luxury"

Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, desk, and excessive a/c with a separate shower compartment. Maria, who greeted me upon arrival and helped me find local services and send a parcel, was gracious and charming; Uma, who took my bags and made sure I was well taken care of is quite hospitable and good with people.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food menu was good. Overall rooms were clean. Reception area was very tight , other than that we had a comfortable stay. Room service was good. Hotel was steps away from Khar station.

"No power during the day"

Good location

Power cuts which lasted almost 5 hours. Bathtub jacuzzi non-functional. We were given a half used toothpaste. AC needed maintenance as it was not cooling and was very noisy.
