"Good but there is some theif in hotel staff"

All my experience was good but i lost my earphone when i have left room for cleaning purpose as i have given keys to reception, My experience as stay pupose is superb but this type of theft is seriously unbearable

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, and the bellman was prompt and courteous, ensuring our luggage was in our room almost before we were. ​The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding and elegant, modern decor. We especially appreciated the small touches, and the high-speed, reliable Wi-Fi. "A must visit hotel for the people who want a good, hygienic and comfortable stay."

Very good experience. We felt like at home as the staff was very good natured and behaviour. We have visited Manali 3rd time but this was the best hotel we have ever had on our all trips till now. The manager was also very good and responsible. Regarding the cleanliness I would say that we didn’t find a single piece of dust or litter in the whole room and hotel. Very hygienic hotel it was. The food was very good in taste. The staff was very honest as well. Superb experience in overall.
