The Japanese garden. Nice balcony

Bathroom furniture fell off wall and although told staff twice didn’t get repaired. Restaurant short on cutlery- when we asked for a knife was given a butter knife!

There is nothing good to say about our stay .we are really disappointed with the service and staff in the reception and restaurant.Horriblr room service facility.

location of hotel, rooms, view from the room everything was great. food could have had a more options . else everything is good.

Overall property was good

I didn’t like the way a staff opened our room with other rooms key.. we were inside our room while the staff opened the room without knowing it’s occupied and opened the room with a different room key.
