The SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand

We got there early, they said the room would be ready at 12:30 but then they had “technical difficulties” and couldn’t give us the room until 2pm …. Just kept saying 10 more minutes continually for 90 mins

I liked how old fashion it felt with all the kooky old audio video equipment.

This was our second stay within the week and the manager did not want to accept the company credit card on the second stay. He was thinking the card may have been stolen so I didn’t see that being very professional. Overall the room and service/staff is great and I will return. Thanks, Jamie. I would highly recommend this stay. Hands-down the most pleasurable trip I’ve had to Vegas. The staff was super helpful and bent over backwards to make our state pleasant. The room was amazing.

Awesome experience. The staff are so well aware of all and any needs. I highly recommend. I have been coming to Vegas for 40 years. Forgot staying at the B and T and even the W. Sky lofts is the best.

Checked in, went to take a shower first thing of course no hot water. Sent in a technician took him 4 hours and still was no hot water finally by midnight asked to change into another room finally they granted me it. Got into my room and by the time I got ready missed my event. Just cause I booked with a third party I felt like they went out of there way to not care. Everytime I said something they said we can’t do anything because you booked with a 3rd party. Paid for amenities and services I never received

The SKYLOFTS were great. Check in was a little off. Room was not ready but we were early. We never got a call room was ready and VIP lounge was closed to get key. Butler service was great.
