Please note that the spa and the indoor swimming pool are available at an additional cost and are accessible only to guests aged 14 and over. If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection. Prices include all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access and two bathrobes. After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance. Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that the opening hours of the two indoor/outdoor swimming pools are daily from 10:00 to 18:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Sauna is closed from 2026-12-31 until 2026-02-04 A deposit may be required at the property.
