The pool area had floaties and pool noodles provided and plenty of towels. I’ve never been to a place where those were provided.

My only complaint was that the tub drain in our bathroom was broken so my daughter couldn’t take a bath.

Food was delicious and there was so many options! Fresh pancakes and waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, etc.

More elevators. Hotel was full and the wait to go up or down was always about 2-5min

I traveled with my Daughters for 6 days, and this was the best hotel we stayed in. The front staff gal was incredibly sweet and the room was pretty amazing,

There were alot of police cars and sirens and crazy activity around the area, I guess I am not used to Memphis
