We really like the indoor pool - the bar staff is wonderful friendly and accommodating- housekeepers are nice and very approachable - now the breakfast staff and front desk need to work on customer service skills to paying guests the treatment I receive from some staff makes me feel unwelcome and the main reason my stays have been cut down over the recent year praying for a comparable hotel in the future so I can take my business elsewhere

The staff are rude and I can tell the treatment I received vs a couple from out of town that were not black

Cool shower. Water got hot really fast. Spacious rooms

•Room key consistently stopped working despite them not being left near a cell phone or power source (it can deactivate them). We had to keep going down to get them re-activated- VERY annoying after a long day and $500+ dollars spent •Jacuzzi didn’t work (it’s winter time). •Stains all over the room. Carpet, lamp, blinds, etc • warm breakfast trays were consistently empty. Some fountain drinks were empty. Milk machine was broken. Found debris in my cup (nasty). People cutting in the omelette line. Breakfast ends at 9AM (too early) • chargers in room did not work properly. Took over 8 hours to charge phone from 20% to near 100% • the dinner is overpriced and low quality quality (but the ladies that work there are very nice)

The hot tub wasn't working and I only came because of it.

The size of the room and the facilities. Also the location.

There were events on 3 of the 5 nights which affected the use of the restaurant and bar.

The staff is courteous and professional. The is clean and comfortable.
