RUDE house keeper!!!!! Room not exactly clean. First room bed wasn't even made. Pillows stink!

This hotel needs much updating. The tiles in the bathroom are coming up. I hurt my foot on one of them because the corner of the tile.was sticking up. Every time the heat kicked on, it woke us up because it was so loud. Everything was unplugged. The phone didn't work. I would avoid this one if possible.

Breakfast was awesome, quick walk from the Delta center and everything else.

Bathroom was a little run down, but was clean.

Convenient for my meetings in downtown.

Very few and limited amenities like pool or hot tub even the exercise equipment that they did have was old and well used. Breakfast was the same thing every day and it seemed like if it wasn’t eaten the day before it was given to you the next day. The bathroom was definitely in need of an upgrade. Especially the Sheetrock patches that were not even painted. And the loud clanky furnace definitely needed work.

Upon driving into the Comfort Inn Downtown, we realized it was a run down MOTEL, not HOTEL. It was only two stories. Upon entering the small hotel lobby, it had a foul smell not fresh. Upon entering our room, we immediately found that the tub faucet would not shut off, no matter how much you wiggled it or tried to tighten it. It was a steady stream of water. The tub also showed visible signs of mold/dirt (black mold?) in the cracks of the tile/grout. The WIFI also did not work well until we notified the front desk attendant. Upon trying to take a shower the next day, the drain did not drain the water properly (probably due to clogged hair etc. that they never cleaned) and your feet were in ankle deep soapy scummy water. The desk staff was all foreign (Indian) and when we asked for more hand towels and wash cloths, the attendant couldn't understand and brought out a tissue box, makeup wipes and towels and was like "which of these?" There was also a fight/argument that broke out in the parking lot with the adjacent apartment building that was escalating. We once again notified the front desk and asked them to call the police (upon Googling this hotel property we found there was a homicide there in 2025). The so-called 'breakfast" they offered didn't even have bananas for fruit (which almost every athlete loves to have for potassium, etc.) On Sunday morning I tried to shower and then the hot (lukewarm) water ran out about 1 minute into my shower! ICE COLD water! The front desk gave me a man named "Sami" (also foreign) with a New Mexico phone number as "the manager" who only offered another room with only ONE (king) bed in it, when we needed 2 queens! That was not an acceptable room to change to so we could not do that, plus we were out of the area during the entire weekend, we didn't even have time to switch rooms even if he had two queens (which he didn't)! He told me he would give me 20% off the stay, but I was charged the FULL AMOUNT. I doubt he was even the manager! Then as we were packing up to leave, the maids outside in the hallway were loudly shouting to each other down the hall - so loud we could hear it in our room. OVERALL this hotel was UNACCEPTABLE and an embarrassment for hard working volleyball parents to spend over $500 for subpar conditions. We are completely dissatisfied and unhappy with this horrible situation.
