When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that children enjoying the Adult’s Aqua slides must be minimum 47 in tall. Kids Aqua is open for all children staying at the hotel. Please note that delivery of fast food to the hotel is not permitted. Guests are kindly requested to wear elegant evening attire for dinner in all restaurants, no beach/sports wear, no transparent clothes, no shorts or sleeveless shirts for men, no flip-flops. Shoes must be worn at all times. Kindly note that Deluxe Rooms can accommodate only 1 child till 12 years, Family Rooms up to 2 children till 12 years. Everything was good The staff were very very friendly actually the connection with them were beyond my expectations everyone of them is dictated to help you with all he can do Firstly I will start the unforgettable experience of palapa restaurant ala carte Italian restaurant the food was amazing.. I recommend trying tiramisu, steak, risotto as they were perfect Secondly the pools were clean and relaxing Thirdly the room was clean and the bed was comfy and clean the ac was working efficiently They got me babycot for my 7ms baby As a momy it was an extra point as the place was truly stroller friendly but the bathrooms didn't have an area for diapers changing or nursing but it was okay for me as there was my room to do everything i want before i get anywhere it was a little bit hustle but it was okay for me The sea wasn't my favorite but they have no hand on it as it's from god and they have everything there clean and comfy and the snack by the sea was good At the end, I really hope to come again very soon

I got lost many times as the place is huge but afterwards I got it but the map and directions were a little bit confusing

It was very good as there was variety in food every time

The food wasn’t as expected, as the rooms was too old and not renovated, the staff was not all good especially that on the beach.
