Steigenberger Aqua Magic, All inclusive

I recently stayed at Steigenberger Aqua Magic and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the swimming pools and aqua park areas. Although one of the aqua park attractions was out of service during my stay, the overall condition of the resort was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay and was always responsive. The food quality was generally good; however, the taste and variety could be improved. There is definitely room for enhancement in the dining experience. One thing that was disappointing was that fresh juice at breakfast costs 120 EGP per cup, which does not seem reasonable considering I booked a Soft All-Inclusive package. Another drawback was the restaurant reservation policy. Guests staying fewer than five nights are not allowed to book the specialty restaurants. This restriction was frustrating and was not clearly mentioned on Booking.com when I made the reservation. I would like to give special recognition to Sandy Nagy at the reception. She was extremely professional, helpful, and customer-oriented. She kindly arranged an exception for us to enjoy dinner at the Italian restaurant, which was greatly appreciated. The animation team did not fully meet my expectations, as there were fewer activities and entertainment programs than I anticipated. I also found it inconvenient that the Turkish coffee and espresso machine was only available in the lobby. It would be much more convenient if these coffee options were available throughout the day in all restaurants and at the beach area as well. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated many aspects of the hotel. However, there are several areas that could be improved, and I would carefully consider these points before deciding to book again in the future.

Staff, Food, Management and facilities.

All great

Pools, aqua, lazy river, kids playground, beach, drinks, snacks, most of the staff, public bathrooms cleanliness. Kids-friendly, and we liked the everyday evening kids party done by the animation team.

Beach a little far, but golf cars are available. Hotel is relatively big, our room was far from the main restaurant. No designated parking area, just street parking at the backstreet. Good food buffet in terms of variety, but not great taste. Hotel was full, so it was crowded. But still managed to service all.
