Café da manhã muito bom, localização e condições do hotel também são de primeira.

Uma recepcionista em específico acredito eu que por estar de saída do emprego estava realizando um atendimento de maneira bem inadequada, reclamando bastante que não recebeu treinamento, que não foi capacitada. Isso não precisa ser discutido na frente dos hóspedes. Outra informação importante é que o estacionamento do hotel é cobrado a parte, poderia ficar bem claro na pesquisa do hotel sobre isso.
