"Overall stay was good"

The stay is very good, free upgrade from deluxe water chalet to premium water chalet. Buggy service is convenient. Swimming pool is nice but a bit too small. Children playground can have more variety of equipment and cleanliness can be improved.

"Average, staff are great"

Rooms are comfortable, could do with general upkeep such as chips in walls, wood boarers eaten out wood on balcony, toilet broke hAlf way into stay, staff were wonderful and promptly fixed it though. Food is wonderful and room service was prompt

"hotel too far n old. expensive , not worth to pay"

Upgraded to water challet. however, room too small and look old. not really well maintain. toilet dirty n smelly. cleanning svs extremely bad. room no towel , called 3 times only get it. breakfast not nice. limited facilities. guest parking too far.not able access to.beach. Guest parking too far. location too far. no clear signage along the road. facility not up to standard n too old.

"Nice room and friendly staff"

Spacy room and clean. Nice and friendly staff especially the registration counter and bell boy. Good outdoor facilities. Good for family and for rest.
