Lexis Port Dickson

We got upgraded to premium water chalet. But the toilet won’t flush. I had to call the staff to fix it twice (on that night and next morning). The room condition look old. Renovation and maintenance are strongly required. Breakfast is nice. The beach is only walking distance.

Very good hotel

All the staff was polite, especially Amir, Fareen. Overall the place was nice.

This hotel is quite secluded and quiet. Good for peeps looking to isolate away from the crowd. Stayed in the premier tower building instead of the water chalet , which overlook the sea . Personally, find it a better deal ( cheaper and better view). The space is similar , just different layout. food wise, not much to complain. If you are looking to have some food outside the hotel, the next nearest restaurant/eatry is about 10-15 slow walk from hotel. Grab services is a tad difficult and long wait at times, especially after 6pm.

I got upgraded from tower to water chalet . the staff are all very helpful . thebview is magnificient . breakfast was awesome !

The entire resort is poorly managed and worn down. Some of our rooms was infested by big roaches. Service was also extremely poor.

this property is 100% geared to local families (not tourists)

The aircond was a bit noisy, and the room a bit too dark. Floor felt dusty. Other than that everything was fine.

The rooms were upgraded to water chalet but the chalet was a little run down. Complain to the reception and they change the room which was a good one. The car parked in the carpark was damaged but they do not have any cctv to confirm who did it.
