SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort - All inclusive

Food was great, there are lots of varieties. The main restaurant is perfect and the snacks are also good. However, I didn’t like the ala carte restaurants. I tries three of them and they did not amaze me. The menus are very limited and the food is typical to what you will find in the main restaurants. The animation team is also good and they have a nice program for kids. This hotel is perfect for families with kids. I wish there were more kids activities and shows. My son loved them so much. The aqua and pools are nice, the sea is also sandy and very good. I also liked the keen staff, especially waiters in the restaurant and around the beach.

The rooms are very outdated, not suitable for a 5-star hotel. Although this will not ruin your stay, I expected expect better and more comfortable rooms. They are clean and the amenities are okay but the furniture and bathroom are not comfortable. I also didn’t like the fact that we have to reserve for the ala carte restaurants and attend exactly on time (not within your 90-minute slot), and at the end, the food is way below the average. Not worth this hassle. The main restaurant is 100/100, so no need for these ala carte restaurants. One very small but very important comment, this hotel is supposedly for families, so the shows (or at least most of them) should be suitable for kids. There was one show on Friday at the theatre where people were hitting each other violently and screaming which is not suitable for kids at all!!! By the way, 90% of the people who were watching this show that day were families with kids! I don’t know how no one commented or rejected this.

We were in June. There were few people and therefore there were always a lot of free sun beds. Excellent sandy beach and convenient access to the sea. Great evening shows, especially fireshows, you can't miss it.

The rooms are old, the furniture used to be very good, but now it looks very tired. Room cleaning is superficial, the windows have not been washed for a very long time. There are huge piles of dust in the corners. The food is delicious, but very monotonous, especially the poor breakfast. Children's room: active animation with children for 1-2 hours throughout the day, the rest of the time they just look after the children, my child always sat there and watched cartoons.

Having much fun with animation team Check in/out was so quick and reception team offered a great room with no extra charges “ thanks for Mr Amr , Abd el Rahman and Marwan” , they also did a daily follow up to ensure that we have a great stay. Food is delicious and restaurant staff make their best to make you happy Room is clean and tidy, thanks for room service Beach is wonderful, sandy and well organized

Binbir araştırma ve tereddütlerden sonra çok iyi bir tercih yaptığımızı anladık. 1 yaşın ki bebeğimizle acaba zor olur mu? diye kara kara düşünüyorduk ama beklentilerimizin üstünde bir otel ile karşılaştık. Çocuk havuzlarının sanki sahil gibi yürüyerek girilecek şekilde olması ve bebek masalarının her seferinde temizlenip kirlenmemesi için streç filme sarılması mükemmeldi. Bir çok otelin yorumlarında misafirlerin yemeklere alışamadıklarını okudum ve endişeleniyordum fakat gerek ana resteranda ki gerekse alacart (sınırsız) resteronlarda ki yemekler harikaydı 5 günde 3 kg aldım. Otelin temizliği, aqua park ve tesisler gayet iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Görüğüm kadarıyla otel eski ama iyi bakım yapılarak güzel hale getirilmiş yine olsa yine aynı oteli tercih ederim fakat odamızda bulunan duş alanı bir kişi için bile küçüktü bir eksiklik olarak bunu söyleyebilirim.
