Otel çok güzel, havuz büyük, deniz hemen havuzun yaninda, sahil kum plaj ve çok güzel, yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetli. Alakart restoranları da denedik aşçılarına tek tek teşekkür ederiz. İtalyan restoranında ikram edilen tatli ve özel günümüze özel müzik şöleni için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Resepsiyonda Ahmed bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi ve her sorunumuz için yardımcı oldu. Güleryüzü, yardimseverligi ve arkadaşlığı için Sameh'e teşekkür ederiz. Herkes çok misafirperverdi ve çok mutlu ayrıldık.

Complexe très grand, avec beaucoup de restaurants à la carte. Les buffets sont très bons et variés. Le personnel très sympathique. L'aqua parc top pour les enfants. Plage très agréable.

Certaines chambres auraient besoin d'être refaites, elles deviennent vieilles.

Personnel au top. Nourriture très bonne. Tout très bien. 2ème séjour au Sunrise Royal Makadi resort et je reviendrai.

The staff was very friendly and professional

I dont know where to start. Everything was exceptional. Starting from Mr. Amr at reception who was extremely accomodating to our requests , changing our room for us away from the aqua park to a quieter area of the hotel with a better view, to Lena from the Kids Planet club whom my son fell in love with and wanted to spend every minute there ( the activities are really thought of there and she was very experienced with the kids). To Kaja from the animation team as well as the whole animation team who did amazing stretching, yoga and meditation sessions + a huge variety of activities to try (including archery!) To THE FOOD. The food was truly the star. This is one of the most decent value for money hotels with excellent quality food. We ate fresh fish EVERY DAY at lunch and Saturday was a decent seafood buffet with grilled shrimps. Not to mention the availability of 6 different a la carte restaurants you can freely choose from included in your all inclusive package. The food is tasty and the ingredients are very good quality and fresh. No cost cutting there. Excellent varieties as well. We were not interested in the entertainment shows and dancing but it looked like a lot of fun and we watched an acrobat show that was average but interesting. All in all, what makes this place unique is the staff energy and vibe, and the attention to details this hotel focuses on. Whoever is running this hotel is doing a good job paying attention to every small thing, from the kitchen to the hand soap and lotion. Oh, Aqua park was a huge plus btw for kids (and even adults).

We just felt the beach stretch was too small and umbrellas were too crowded which made it difficult to find a first row umbrella. And regarding snorkeling, we saw plenty of colored fish, even a baracuda but the coral is also very small and limited in area...so not much exploration opportunity. Having said that, these 2 points still didnt bother us! We still found the experience exceptional!

Belle plage tout confort avec la possibilité de faire du snorkeling de qualité depuis la plage. Les chambres familiales avec vue piscine sont bien.

Les finitions dans les salles de bains. Des bruits de travaux tôt le matin (suivant le positionnement de votre chambre). Des téléphones, WhatsApp, des employés qui viennent au restaurant, à la plage, etc… demander encore et encore si tout va bien. Un peu la pression de dire que c’est parfait. Oui très bien sauf ce qui est mentionné ici alors il ne sert à rien de me demander 2x par jour sauf si vous refaites les finitions et vous arrêtez les travaux.

1.Uçuşumız erken olduğu için sabah altıda oteldeydik. Ücret karşılığı Erken check in yapmak istedik ama 9 a kadar cevap bile alamadık. 9 dan sonra otel dolu olduğu için 14 e kadar bekleyin dediler. Oğlum özel çocuk (otizmli) olduğu için tekrar rica ettim. Müdürlerden biri 60 euro karşılığında family room upgrade teklif etti ama oda 3. kat asansör yok ve küçük çocuk olduğu için almadık. Yarım saat sonra ne hikmetse odamız hazırmış.Kaldığım süre boyunca da otelde yüksek bir doluluk göremedim 2. Kızım ateşlendiği için oteldeki doktora gittik. İlk cümle muayene 70 euro serum takılırsa 100 euro dedi. Kabul ettim. Muayene ve serumdan sonra önüme koyduğu fatura 290 euroydu. Açıklaması ise 60 euro 1 saatlik gözlem artı seruma koyduğu ağrı kesici,antibiyotik ücretiymiş. Ateş düşürücü koymamış bile. istersek o da ekstra 100 euroymuş. Tam bir sahtekarlık. Pavyonda hesap şişirme taktiği gibi. 3. Otelin denizinde resim,mercan vb yok. Şnorkel,dalış vb beklentiniz olmasın. Sahili denizi kum yüzülebilir. 4. Odalar çok eski banyosu rezalet tüm su dışarı taşıyordu 5. Mayıs başında oradaydık çok rüzgarlıydı. Havuz kullanımı özellikle soğuk olduğu için mümkün olamadı. 6.Yemekler fena değil,tatlılar vasat. Elia restorant alakart kullandık ortalamaydı 7. içki kalitesi çok kötü
