I had an excellent stay at Four Points Navi Mumbai. The hotel is right next to Inorbit Mall, so the location is super convenient for both work and shopping. The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. All amenities worked perfectly and the overall property felt well-maintained and inviting. Special mention to Abhi, Housekeeping Manager — the attention to detail was outstanding. The room cleanliness was exceptional and there were thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire housekeeping team under Abhi’s supervision did a fantastic job. Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and service at the restaurant was quick and courteous. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Navi Mumbai. Thanks to Abhi and the team for making the stay memorable.

"Tremendous stay"

Four Points delivered what it promises — no frills, just reliable comfort. Room was clean, AC worked well, and WiFi was fast enough for video calls. Gym was small but had the basics. The only downside was breakfast got crowded around Location is good and staff were polite, but the room showed signs of wear — bathroom tiles had stains and the TV remote wasn’t working. Housekeeping missed replacing towels on Day 2 until we asked. Breakfast menu was limited compared to other Four Points I’ve stayed at. For the price point, I expected a bit more. Hotel has potential if they update the rooms and tighten up housekeeping checks.
