"Dont stay here if you scared of rats"

Love that it is literally in downtown. Yall can keep the rats. I was scared to even walk in the main door it get into my room without a rat running passed my feet. I couldn't control the heat so I was cold all night. Walls were thin and all I heard was someone having sex all night.. I would never go back. My guest had to pay for parking. Yeah I would never stay here again and you shouldn't either

Staff and location

Room did not have warm and hot water. The people in the room above made significant noise preventing a reasonable night of sleep.

location relative to Northwestern Hospital

No hot water and considerable amount of noise from Unit above. I had cancer surgery in 7 am at Northwestern Hospital. I can provide NWH release form.
