"Okay but can be noisy"

In general fairly happy with the hotel but would pick a different location next time. The hotel has a nightclub in the basement and 2 others in the nearby vicinity which all close at 2:00am, very noisy for an hour afterwards from police activity and guests talking when returning to their rooms.

"Exceptional"

Had a wonderful stay! Thomas, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in getting us set up, and went as far as upgrading us to a larger suite, which accommodated us so well. Everyone was super pleasant to work with and we felt welcomed and safe! Will definitely look for W's in the future for booking!

Did not live up to images on website and room had huge stains on the carpets. The lounge heat wasn’t working during the minus ten temp. Disappointing for a “W”
