W Boston, a Marriott Hotel

A modern hotel in a great location but what really sets it apart is the employees and how helpful they are. Special mention has to go to Marianne (Concierge) who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and give us lots of Boston tips although we arrived just as her shift was ending.

If you’re planning to sleep while staying here — then don’t. We’ve traveled the globe and lived in major cities but never have I experienced the pounding and invasive level of noise each night like we are experiencing here. It begins around 2-3 am, and goes on for over an hour. Despite the positive attributes of this hotel, we will never stay here again. Just exhausted.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Room was clean, bed was cozy and hotel is in a great location if you are seeing a show. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. Highly recommended stay

Enjoyed a lovely few days in Boston. W Hotel a great location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedroom. Nice bar and seating area. Exceptional front of house service from Daniella, who was always bright and breezy and most helpful with suggestions and recommendations to make our stay extra special.

We stayed here for three nights in July. The hotel is in a great location, a block from Boston Common, in the heart of the theater district, and next to Chinatown and many other restaurants. The T station (subway) is also a block away and you are close to so many attractions, like the aquarium, North End, and Faneuil Hall. Because of our Marriott Bonvoy status, we were upgraded to a corner room which was beautiful and spacious, featuring a couch, chairs and table, and a full bar from which to select drinks (we did not indulge, but they were there if you wanted to). We also enjoyed complimentary breakfast, which was very good. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was uniformly pleasant and accommodating, at the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, and parking valet. There was also a lovely (though smallish) bar in the lobby. The parking was quite pricey ($72 daily) but did allow in/out privileges. The system for retrieving your car (scanning a QR code) was not working, so that needs to be improved. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.
