Went to the rooftop restaurant at 8:00pm on Saturday night well after Shabbat ended but still only had the Shabbat menu. Had to find another restaurant Never were able to make it to Happy face as the hours were limited

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und ausgezeichnetes Service. Das Personal kümmerte sich aufmerksam um jedes Anliegen – besonders Herr Samar, der für uns einen perfekt organisierten privaten Tagesausflug nach Bethlehem arrangierte. Unser Guide Ahmed holte uns persönlich ab und zeigte uns die Stadt mit großer Leidenschaft. Gegen einen fairen Aufpreis besuchten wir zusätzlich Jericho, den Jordan River und das Tote Meer. Preislich war kein besseres Angebot zu finden. Ahmed war äußerst freundlich und herzlich – seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. The location is fantastic being only a few minutes from Jaffa Gate in the old city.

It felt a little jaded, rooms weren’t as comfortable as I’d expected from the photos
