Do not accept room #318. The room was very poorly lit with incandescent tube light fixtures. Half the lights were burn on the bed head rest. The room’s only window was looking at a very small interior yard with no direct natural light. There was no wall electrical outlets for our electronics. We had to unhook the desk lamp to have one electrical outlet. The shower did not have hot water, warm at best. The walls were bare, no artwork on the walls which made the room feel cold and impersonal. We could hear the neighbour’s conversations clearly. The right side of the bed was tilted and gave the feeling of rolling off. The room’s only phone did not work, we had to call reception via our personal mobile phone. We made our discontent known to the manager on all days including when checking out. We were promised a call with some sort of compensation. Never happened. Customer service matched the in-room experience.

The room I booked was a triple room, expecting it to be a bit larger. The first thing I should mention is that the photos of the room on Booking do not match the actual room. The real room is much worse. I found this very disappointing and misleading. Booking should take action against the hotel regarding this deceptive practice. The hotel's service is very poor. The room did not even have a single glass cup. There were only two ridiculous paper cups (see photo), and the hotel did not have any glass cups available at all. There was only one available power outlet in the entire room. The TV was not a smart TV, and it was so old that it did not even have an HDMI input. It is clear that the hotel lacks proper maintenance. The walls are not clean, the sink drain in our room was broken, and there were several other issues that showed a certain level of neglect regarding maintenance. The breakfast was neither good nor bad — just average. I would like to make an exception for the manager on duty, Alex, who was very attentive, helpful, and professional. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
