The location was great.

My first room had a very strong odor, but the staff was very accommodating and moved me, but the room that I was moved to wasn't sound proof and you could hear everything from outside all night so I didn't get any sleep at all.

The location is good, but there are other hotels in this area which I strongly recommend people to book.

I booked a triple room but once the staff realised that there were only 2 of us, they downgraded me to a double room without any sort of reduction in price. I requested several times to remain in the triple room which I booked but was refused. Following this, the attitude of the staff on the front desk was appalling. I’d definitely never stay here again and would strongly recommend you look at other options in the area.

Tout était correcte dans l’établissement mais il y a eu un gros problème.

J’ai été réveillé brusquement au matin lorsque je dormais par la femme de chambre qui est rentré sans toquer (je travaille dans l’hôtellerie c’est une règle de base de toquer 3 fois et de s’annoncer en disant « service »). Et en me voyant elle ne s’est même pas excusée, elle est juste sortie de la chambre. Donc je n’ai vraiment pas eu un réveil agréable et je ne me suis donc pas trop sentie en sécurité. Je l’ai dit à la réceptionniste de jour qui s’est excusée et qui était adorable, mais rien n’a été proposé pour palier à ce que j’avais vécu au réveil. Le reste du personnel est très bien excepté cette femme de chambre qui ne maîtrise ni les règles élémentaires de l’hôtellerie ni la politesse.

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean rooms! Even the room was small, but the arranged a baby crib, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was good and with a variety to choose.
