All of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast people, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, the food plentiful and the dining area pleasant. My son and his wife were especially pleased with the gym and wished that they would have had more time to use the pool and other amenities. The location was great - close to a family wedding venue and close to Pittsburgh attractions. Finally, with a new baby, my son and daughter-in-law just don't know how they would have been able to cope without a full kitchen and nice, large suite!

A couple of times it would have been nice if it had been quicker and easier to get more clean towels. Also, a steady drone of Fox News in the lobby and dining area was very unpleasant.

"Discontinued routine service inspections??"

First time staying at the Homewood Suites Hilton Canonsburg location, my experience as a Hilton Honors member was quite disappointing. The air conditioner was extremely loud and sounded like a construction zone. When turning the water on in the bathroom to take a shower, most of the water was not coming out of the shower head but rather the tub spout!!! Can Hilton offer a better experience for paying customers??
