I like the location very close by from all the shops.

I don't like the curtains was very dirty and the pillow was very smells and a lot stains, the water pumps keeping us awake all night, we have swap bedroom with my younger daughter because the water pumps making so much noise, and everyday I have to ask the staff to switch on the water , they always switch off the water every night , the WiFi not working properly , the staff very friendly , they need to maintenance building properly in my opinion.

The location was great, easy to get to. The staff we lovely and accommodating.

The bathrooms could do for a really good clean or an upgrade.

The price was good, but it was supposed to be a special deal with a huge discount, seriously if they think they rooms were worth more per night they are delusional.

You only got one pillow each and had to pay $5.00AUD a night per extra pillow. Only one bath towel per person, no bath mats. No extra blankets in rooms.had kitchen facilities but no dish cloth or dish washing liquid no toaster. We had to change rooms the second day because shower was broken, the unit was quite dirty needs a good scrub , smell of sewage in bathrooms.blood on the wall in one of the bathrooms. They didn’t come to clean the rooms till late afternoon which is quite inconvenient when you have been out all day and just want to sit and relax, so our room never had a freshen up. Pool area was runs between the two buildings,two of the three night we stayed people were mucking around in the pool till 1am , very hard to sleep with all the noise.

The staff went above and beyond for us. All the reception staff were amazing
