Los desayunos muy ricos. La habitación muy amplia, con todo lo necesario y un poco más. La ubicación muy buena. El personal muy amable. Muy buena relación calidad, precio. Adaptada para los niños también.

Pequeñas fugas de agua en los lavabos. Nos quedamos en dos habitaciones diferentes.

No hubo nada que me gustara en este hotel

El acceso, no cuentan con elevador y las escaleras no tienen pasamanos lo cual pone en riesgo al huésped sobre todo si está lloviendo, cómo fue el caso; que se puso peor por porque la habitación esta distante de las escaleras de acceso. La habitación no corresponde con la fotografía de la publicidad. Su ventana da a una estructura de soporte de tanque del agua. Y definitivamente pues no la acepté y reclamé El engaño y me respondieron que sí, que no correspondía a lo que yo tenía como información cuando hice mi reserva. pero que era lo único que tenían.

La ubicación y la vista es muy hermosa... el Rio Pantepec está justo en frente...
