Great staff, clean comfortable rooms. The staff at breakfast was super efficient and cheerful. The hotel was only a short walk to Grand Batam Mall. Quick ride from the Ferry Terminal too - about 10-15min.

The steep slope from the hotel was a little challenging. But we got used to it after awhile!

Staffs are very kind.

Bathroom size too small and very old facilities. Shower water pressure very low and no hand shower provided. Air-conditioning noises and room smell not acceptable. No worth for price.
