There was no complimentary breakfast

I woke up to ROACHES in the room! Dirty and disgusting. Uncomfortable bed and pillows but the roaches were the last straw. I have photos. The guy at the front desk promised to refund my last night saying that all I need to do is call booking to confirm because he said they refunded on their end but because it’s through a 3rd party I need to confirm with them too. I called twice and got a response that the property did not refund or confirm anything. Got a $26 refund. Joke

Marihel and the whole staff is completely amazing!!! she is the sweetest soul and made the day so much better. I 1000% would recommend this place.

The location is great and there is definitely plenty of street parking at night if you can’t find parking in the actual lot. It was definitely clean. There was no dust balls. There was no random stains on the walls. It was fine. I

It would’ve been nice if there was a second mirror on the wall or somewhere other than the bathroom because for two people to share the bathroom it was a constant back-and-forth because it was a small mirror. It’s nice that there was a table in the room, but there wasn’t any place to hang my coat other than on the back of a chair.. for a business person it would be better if there was a place to hang a suit.

The property was in a good location.

I had a problem with bed bugs. I immediately left and reported it to the front desk who said I needed to get in touch with booking. I spoke to booking the next day who said they had contacted the the hotel but were bot successful in reaching someone they left a message and no one returned the call or responded to the message sent.

Las camas son de muy mala calidad, deberían de colocar mejores sábanas y colchones para mejor comodidad, pero lo peor Es la distribución de la habitación, el aire acondicionado está en una mala area y no llega el frío. Te puedes imaginar como pase las noches como un sauna. 4 días de desesperación
