Solides Hotel, freundliches Personal usw. Macht man nicht viel verkehrt, allerdings ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The restaurant can't follow the high level of rest of of the hotel infrastructure, whether in atmosphere nor in quality of food.

Hotel is good with standard facilities. The breakfast is fantastic. Overall, it met my expectations.

Perhaps the location that nearby the club which can be too loud at wee hours. Fortunately, I am a sound sleeper, so it don't affect me much.

Clean modern spacious rooms. Large swimming pool. Close to downtown area very helpful staff

Rooms at the front facing the road can get noisy due to a nightclub opposite. Always insist on a room at the back if you want a peaceful night sleep

An old but very comfortable hotel. Large rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. I needed to print some documents and they were so helpful. Very big variety at breakfast. Both Western and Indonesian options. All good and served with a smile. Delicious fruit. Coffee not very good. We had dinner there twice. Good food and fair prices. However a long wait on both occasions for the food

Wifi was very inconsistent but worked some of the time

Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean.
