Great place. Wonderful location. Very comfortable rooms

We have a little issue with our toilet--it was clogged before we arrived. We called the front desk to fix it. They said they will do it but when we returned the problem was there. I called and asked for a plunger. They provided it and I was able to solve the issue but they called me twice to get the plunger back as if they only have one in all the hotel. It was not very professional. They should be more prepared for this type of issues--I am not a certified plumber but a college professor...

Cozy and quiet. We liked private garden a lot.

When we stepped into the room, we smelled pine-sol (cleaning product) very strong. That really bothered us as we stay. Other than that the lodge is pretty cozy and cute.

Die Aussicht auf die Red Rocks war atemberaubend! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man kann die Fenster nicht komplett abdunkeln.
