Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area with great new furniture. Peaceful.

Slightly tired decor which is in need of a refresh, especially bathroom and kitchen, but still serviceable. On site club was hardly open although didn’t affect us.

Location, pool onsite, and good value for money. Staff cleaned on time. Reception available during the day

No remote for the TV. Would be nice to have a larger smart TV. The lamps in bedroom and lounge dont work and lamp shade broken. Some stove plates not working. Some sharp knives would be nice. They dont cut through steaks and meats.

Mobilier un peu vieillot, la douche. Les voitures poubelles et les tondeuses quotidiennes assez tôt le matin. Le jour du départ les femmes de ménage viennent toquer à 9h alors que le départ est prévu entre 11 et 12. A 11h pile le monsieur de l'accueil vient sonner en nous hurlant dessus qu'il est l'heure de partir alors que l'on chargeait le véhicule. C'était pas correct du tout.

Staff including housekeeping staff were great. Air conditioning in the bedroom worked well. The unit backed onto Rockley Golf course where we played golf several times. The location is great - a short drive or walk to grocery stores, beaches and restaurants.

Our unit was very old and in need of repair. The toilet was not working (had to be fixed by a plumber) and the refrigerator leaked water onto the kitchen floor. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Plum Tree Club is one of a number of "clusters" built around the golf course. We have stayed here before - if you are looking at staying here, there are far nicer options available in one of the other clusters.

Staff were lovely, shuttle to beach is wonderful service, housekeeping every 2-3 days, grounds are beautiful, lots of animals on site to see, pool and change facilities offered on day of departure

Filter for the pool broke during our stay so we couldn’t use it for a couple of days and no rebate was offered to compensate for that, people smoke around the pool ruining the experience, wifi was not reliable, our suite was a bit tired, drawers and cupboards didn’t close properly, patio door was hard to lock, due to age
