"It was rudeness of staff that made it crappy."

Room clean.

Staff was rude. Had animal in room. Had do not disturb sign on room. But let front know can clean but don't leave door open. I was denied to book again cause they didn't clean room and blamed me. Stay over week and then denied staying.
