Very convenient location, right off of interstate/highway 52. Lots of dining / shopping all within 10mins from the hotel! Breakfast was good, toast, bagels, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit. Cereal, milk, juices, coffee. Very warm & welcoming hotel! Pool hot tub was nice, towels provided. We were the only ones in there both nights of our stay! Walmart/texas roadhouse down from hotel. McDonald's & gas station on corner of the hotel street. Would highly recommended!!

Just about everything. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Letting wild kids and too many of them swim during what should be adults only quiet time in the pool - after 11:00 pm. No microwaves in room.
