"Hampton Inn North has been our go to place in Rochester, close to many venues and malls."

Location was good for our traveling to be near our family. Nice to have breakfast 6-10. Rooms large, however we did have the suite

Breakfast ok. They need more staff to make it be a little less "sticky" at the waffle area and restocking. The person tries, but it is a lot for one. Bathrooms small, our toilet kept plugging, it never had enough water in basin, plunging did not help. We told clerk on check out, said she would put a maintenance request in.

Quiet, clean.

Very poor water pressure in the shower. The large elevator had a terrible noise when moving. Sounded like the cables were on their last legs.
