A water and food bowl (without food) and a sleeping space we will provide for him. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast area. Alternatively, your four-legged friend can guide you to the Bar area, next to the breakfast area. Please note that room "Economy Double Room" is located on 3rd floor with sloping ceilings. "Leuk hotel."

Zeer centraal gelegen mooi gebouw en ruime nette kamer.

De matrassen waren zeer zacht , en de kussens feitelijk ook .

"Didn’t spend much time in the hotel but ok not worth the price"

Breakfast was good did ask for a pouched egg said they do fried egg

Pillows were awful very flat didn’t sleep very well.Did ask for a xtra pillow. Also for a 4star hotel no kettle in the room

Frühstück bestens und abwechlungsreich Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Lage i o.Nahe Altstadt.Alles gut zuerreichen

Für Behinderte mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl gibt es leider keine Rampe oder ähnliches Hilfsmittel

"Für 143 € pro Nacht zu wenig Leistung"

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür Zimmer war warm

Für ein Viersternehotel und einen Übernachtungspreis von 143 € hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie gab es mehrere Punkte, die nicht dem üblichen Standard entsprachen. Es gab keine kostenlose Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, was heute in den meisten Hotels selbstverständlich ist. Ebenso fehlten eine Kaffeemaschine bzw. ein Wasserkocher sowie ein Bademantel. Die Rezeption war nach etwa 22 oder 22:30 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, was bei Rückfragen oder Anliegen problematisch war. Zudem wurde mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer zur Hofseite ignoriert.
