The room was spacious & the beds were comfortable! Great hot breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff & everyone spoke to you which is appreciated.

The tv cable out due to upgrades which we understood.

This was my second time staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Homestead Miami South, (First time was approximately 2 or 3 years ago), and was very pleased and grateful for a wonderful experience both times! From booking online, and they keep in touch with questions and sugestions, as well very friendly and knowledgable. Though I have not walked in and asked if any rooms available tried booking a room in person or over the phone, I am sure it is just as easy as booking a room online. The two times I have stayed, the staff have been very friendly and helpful, and the facilities and rooms were very clean and welcoming, and also rooms were comfortable for either a couple or small family. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious and easy to access (well laid out), and dining room was very clean and plenty of seating.

The whole place was very clean, loved the high ceilings and the staff was crazy friendly and helpful

The only issue was, my phone wouldn't take me directly there. The navigation was wrong but that's not your fault

Für Everglades sehr gut, da ganz nah und beim Turnpike

Bett war nicht so bequem, Frühstück sehr überschaubar, Bananen immer ganz weich und braun... während des Frühstücks wird herumgeputzt, wirklich nah nebenan zusammkehren und Boden wischen "ganz normal". Sonst ist die Lage für nichts weiteres optimal, nix zu sehen dort.

Breakfast was very nice. The gentleman that checked us in was superb! The young lady that checked us out helped us move points. Both excellent employees!

We loved the entire experience. It is the cleanest and friendliest hotel we have visited in years.
