"Horrible."

Called to let hotel know I would be arriving late. after midnight. They said no problem.. Go to check in at 12:45 am and their sytem was down. Told me I would be able to check in at 2am. I had to leave and drive home. not happy at all

"Convenient Location, but Some Issues"

We spent three nights at the hotel and appreciated its convenient location, close to a strip mall with easy access to the highway, a grocery store, and several restaurants nearby. Our room (429) was clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed by the lack of a safe and the air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the desk chair needed repair or replacement. During our stay, we encountered a few issues. The daytime desk clerk was not very helpful, which was a first for us at a Hilton property. We also experienced two fire alarms, one at 3:30 AM on the second night, which required us to wait in the parking lot for about 30 minutes until the fire department gave the all-clear. The second alarm occurred at the same time the following night. We do not know the reason for the second alarm.

Was charged $50 as a pet fee and $20 for incidentals. Lord knows what incedentals are because we sure didn't receive any extras. Coffee pot in room didn't work and the coffee in the lobby was cold. couldn't connect with internet. Banging in the walls, couldn't determine cause but it sounding like pipes. gaps around room door letting in sounds and light. Actually it was a poor experience overall.
