Staff at front desk during the day was rude.

Everything was clean and newly remodeled.

Absolutely horrible. Dead and live cockroaches all over room. Dirty floors and dust and debris on floor. Broken sink. No dishes for kitchenette. No coffee maker. Towels were dirty. They offered me a “newly renovated” room… it was chaos. The halls filled with construction workers and tools. Various rooms were torn apart and furniture strewn about corridors and hallways. The room was overwhelming filled with cleaner and wet paint smell. And the lock didn’t work correctly. There was a worker sawing and hammering away in the room next store to the newly offered room. I checked out that day. They refused to give a refund.

My tv didn’t work and was let known five minutes into checking in no one came to fix it. Left came back still nothing asked from desk said maintenance wouldn’t be back until Monday so I paid 91 dollars for no tv is ridiculous. I’m highly upset broken tv in picture

The worst I've stayed at in my 57 years, by far. Just terrible! Don't believe their website, it's false advertising as the rooms aren't even close to what is pictured. I do NOT even have a chair in my room, not a sofa, not a simple table chair to sit in, nothing, everything I do has to be from the bed. I have to go to a friends or the library to get my computer work done during the day. They are doing construction here while you try to sleep, fresh paint smell everywhere, has my asthma kicking up and high blood pressure with it, not a healthy situation for me. Small bugs are in here as well, not sure if bed bugs or not. No one said anything about either to me the no chair (chairs are pictured in ALL photos on the website) or the construction, or the fresh paint smell constantly, or the bugs. I called the next morning after check in, the nice young lady in reservations said they will refund me what I've paid and check me on a different hotel, but she cannot do that as it has to be guest relations, which will not be open till Monday morning. I called guest relations first thing Mon morning, not only will they not refund me, but they also want to penalize me for wanting out of their nasty hotel, wth? I paid $313 for the week, and they want to keep it for my 3 day stay. If I didn't make the 11 am checkout (was 930 before I got a hold of them), I would owe them money. It's ridiculous they will NOT refund me and let me go on my way. I understand I received a monthly rate, but the hotel is under construction, smells like fresh paint, is unhealthy for me, there is no chair, at all so I cannot do my business, it's in disarray, and I did not find any of this out till I checked in. The general manager said "there are signs in the lobby stating we under construction", buyer beware. What a scam!!! They need to notify future guests of the state of this Hotel.
