El hotel está muy bien situado y ofrece un ambiente tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la cama era realmente cómoda, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Además, todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. El aspecto que, a nuestro juicio, necesita una mejora importante es el buffet. La variedad de platos es algo limitada y la calidad general podría ser mucho mejor. Sin embargo, el punto más preocupante es la ausencia de información sobre los alérgenos de los alimentos. Actualmente no existe una identificación clara de los ingredientes o de la presencia de gluten y otros alérgenos en cada plato. Aunque es posible preguntar al personal, la información que pueden ofrecer no siempre transmite la suficiente seguridad, probablemente porque tampoco disponen de una identificación clara de los productos. Consideramos que incorporar un etiquetado completo de los alérgenos sería una mejora muy importante para las personas con intolerancias o alergias alimentarias. En resumen, la experiencia ha sido positiva y el hotel tiene muchas cualidades, pero creemos que debería prestar una mayor atención a este aspecto del buffet para ofrecer un servicio más seguro e inclusivo para todos sus huéspedes.

Buffet mejorable, especialmente en la información sobre alérgenos y en la variedad y calidad de la oferta.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia di Cala Agulla. Architettura gradevole, non "high rise" o palazzone condominiale. Trattamento di mezza pensione ottimo, con cena a buffet varia e tutto fresco. Pulizia impeccabile.

Per far rifare la stanza abbiamo dovuto pregare un po', ma niente di grave.
