Awesome to see the hallways updated and all new beds and linens! Pillows were exceptional. Comfortable bedding is so important and they nailed the replacement!

Parkade is 31 degrees. It's so hot I was physically dizzy standing it in trying to load up our bicycles.

We love the location, close to lake. Facilities as well plus the 24/7 steam bath that you can use.

Parking space is really small. Its good if they offer breakfast too as i dont see it as an option when i booked our stay.

we had a "city view room" that was situatied across from the pub and it was noisy at late night with music from the pub.

We stay at the Watermark when ever we are in Osoyoos , at least twice a year. Always clean and secure parking . beds are comfortable.

Truthfully, they need blackout shades in the bedroom , whether its city views with street lamps or the sun rising over the lake the bedrooms get too lit up. This trip there was a atom hockey team staying at the Watermark, our room was ground level by the pool and the hockey team (apparently stayed on the 4th floor) pretty much tied up the elevator and the pool area, running down the hallways, bodychecking each other on the way to and from the pool, one loud incident with shattering glass .

Nice hotel and in excellent location. A few nights we had no AC and rooms were very hot. If you have a city view ,there is too much noise to open windows or really enjoy the deck. Noise was awful!!! Would appreciate if pets only stayed on the ground floor,I had a few incidents where big dogs were in elevators and made small children uncomfortable. And seniors too!
