Hampton Inn & Suites Woodward

I was disappointed that the hot tub was no longer there!

Bed was uncomfortable and it smelled like cigarettes

The downside to staying at Hampton Inn Woodward is the bed. The recent renovations in the hotel look great, but the beds miss the mark. The mattress has very little support. Both my sister and I were up most of the night with back pain and the only way she was able to sleep was by moving to the chair, and she was in tears. It was far from the typical comfortable bed I am accustomed to at Hampton Inn Hotels. In fact, this is the first time I had a poor sleep experience at a Hampton Inn. I know I can count on sleeping comfortably with Hampton. Not this time. For the price we paid, we should have had a premium comfort sleep experience. Instead it was economy at best. Book at Holiday Inn down the road.

Not a bad stay for $$ Initially sent to a room still used by last lodger. No upgrade offered for inconvenience. Highway sound very very loud. Breakfast ok.

This is not your typical Hampton Inn. It is run down and needs attention. There were several holes in the walls where things have either been ripped out or cut out. The grass is overgrown. Trees are growing over into parking spots that prevents larger vehicles from parking there unless you want the tree scratching it.

Gotta run for my family who were in for a quick visit. Smooth process and great service as always.

Very clean, fresh and inviting. Safe area, nice breakfast and pleasant staff.
